Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in operations, administration, or office management, with increasing responsibility.
• Demonstrated familiarity with accounting, budgeting, financial management and planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead organization-wide business operations to support strategic priorities and day-to-day execution.
• Oversee bookkeeping and coordinate with external accountant for payroll and financial statements.
• Prepare financial statements, analyses, and forecasts for leadership and board.
• Lead preparation of materials for external financial audits and reviews.
• Oversee compliance tracking for internal controls, cash management, and grant spending.
• Manage administrative operations: travel, logistics, office systems, procurement.
• Administer IT systems including Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Oversee onboarding for new employees and organizational orientation.
• Support internal and external events and reporting systems.
• Maintain record retention and information systems.
