Job summary

IntePros is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance Operations & Business Performance to act as a trusted advisor to the SVP of Finance Operations and lead a high-visibility team.

The role focuses on strengthening financial planning, performance management, forecasting, and executive reporting across global segments, with emphasis on standardization and automation to enable scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related discipline.
• 7–12 years of progressive finance experience in a complex global organization (pharma/CDMO or manufacturing preferred).
• Strong background in manufacturing finance, operational finance, or business performance management.
• Experience supporting multi-site and international operations.
• Ability to influence executive decision-making through financial analysis and insights.
• Experience with Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial teams, and senior leadership.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with reporting tools (OneStream, ERP systems).
• Experience with finance transformation, automation, and standardization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a structured business performance management framework across multiple segments.
• Analyze key drivers to provide actionable insights and improve performance.
• Identify cross-functional trends and opportunities; partner with leadership on improvement strategies.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning with Global FP&A.
• Prepare executive-level messaging and decision-support materials.
