Lightfield is seeking a Strategic Finance & Operations professional to partner with the Head of Operations and leadership on financial and operating infrastructure for the next growth phase.

You will develop metrics, models, analyses, and processes to drive better operating decisions, understand performance, and improve spend visibility. The role involves cross-functional collaboration and high-priority project support in a fast-moving startup.

Qualifications

• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Ability to structure ambiguous questions and derive actionable insights.
• Experience in investment banking, private equity, VC, or strategic finance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build operating metrics, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting across revenue, growth, customers, spend, and efficiency.
• Forecasting, planning, budgeting, and headcount modeling.
• Conduct strategic analyses and synthesize insights to inform decisions.
