Brilliant® is looking for a Finance Manager in Streamwood, IL to be a key business partner to leadership. You will manage treasury, FP&A, and financial reporting while driving strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting, 5+ years of relevant experience, and strong analytical skills. This high-visibility role offers opportunities for professional growth and influence over finance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, treasury, or financial reporting.
• Strong forecasting, modeling, and analytical skills.
• Experience with ERP implementations and process improvements preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Support NetSuite implementation and optimization.
• Coordinate monthly consolidations and close timelines.
