Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Dallas, TX, seeks a Finance Manager for the PrSM INC2 team to lead cost management and provide financial leadership for strategic program growth. The role blends day-to-day finance with strategic planning, partnering across FP&A, accounting and program management.

You will oversee CSR/OS&P reporting, build forecasting models, mentor staff, and deliver timely financial analyses to guide decisions and drive performance for a critical defense program.

Qualifications

• Experience driving CSRs, LRP and Monthly Financial Reviews across multiple contracts.
• Experience briefing executive-level financial materials.
• Strong FP&A experience including orders, sales, earnings forecasting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day program financial activities, including cost management duties.
• Lead quarterly CSR/OS&P financial reporting processes.
• Serve as liaison to program management and functional leads for financial information, analysis, and reporting.
• Interface with program management, LM FP&A/accounting, and the Precision Fires Mission Area.
• Develop and implement program-level training to support team growth.
