Broadridge Financial Solutions is hiring a Finance Manager for Corporate Planning & Analytics in New York. The role focuses on owning the Operating Plan, Strategic Plan, and forecasts, and involves building models, scenario analyses, and communicating insights to senior leaders.

The role partners with Finance, Strategy, Accounting, and Treasury, supporting Board materials, automation improvements, and mentorship within the CP&A team.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ability to translate complex data into concise, executive-level narratives.
• Strong collaboration with Finance, Strategy and senior leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute key components of the annual Operating Plan, Strategic Plan and forecasts.
• Develop financial models, forecasts and scenario analyses to assess performance and potential investments.
• Analyze internal results, communicate drivers and trends with clarity and impact.
• Support development of executive and Board materials with clear storytelling.
• Handle ad hoc analyses and special projects for senior leadership.
• Partner with Finance, Strategy, Accounting, Treasury to align assumptions and data quality.
• Evaluate financial impact of corporate development and investments as needed.
• Improve planning and reporting processes through automation and better controls.
