Jerry is expanding into new markets and seeks a Strategic Finance Manager who will own the operating model, budgeting, and planning cadence to inform decisions at the executive level. You will partner with product, marketing, and finance to drive alignment and deliver clear financial narratives.

You will run the annual budget and long-range plan, manage the monthly and quarterly forecast cycle, and translate results into insights for internal leadership and external diligence.

Qualifications

• Strong financial modeling and budgeting experience.
• Ability to lead forecast cycles and variance analyses.
• Experience partnering with executives and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the driver-based operating model for base business and new product lines.
• Run annual budget and long-range planning end-to-end with governance.
• Own monthly/quarterly forecast cycle and explain variance to plan.
• Write executive narratives for CFO, founders, and investors.
• Lead monthly business reviews with functional leaders.
