Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a VP, Finance for a fast-paced, entrepreneurial asset management firm in Dallas. This executive will define and drive the firm’s financial vision, capital strategy, and long-term growth, partnering with the CEO and senior leadership to align planning with business objectives.

The role oversees all accounting, budgeting, treasury, and finance reporting, ensuring regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and financial integrity as the firm scales toward aggressive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• CPA license required.
• 15+ years of relative industry experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Hands-on leadership in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budget, forecasting, and multi-year financial planning.
• Develop pricing models for services across business lines (Advisory, Investment Management, etc.).
• Support investor relations, Excalibur communications, and investor presentations.
• Partner with compliance and legal on RIA and broker-dealer financial filings.
• Review detailed Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheet.
