Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and seven (7) years of experience in finance, including two (2) years of managerial experience; or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting across programs and funding sources.
• Knowledge of post-award administration, procurement oversight, and donor-funded requirements.
• Experience with philanthropic funding and government/federal awards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor multi-year budgets across programs and funding sources.
• Monitor budgets, salary projections, and labor allocations across funding sources.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports for leadership, donors, and grantors.
• Review and approve procurement, travel, and vendor payments ensuring policy compliance.
• Manage post-award financial administration for sponsored awards and donor-funded projects.
