Job summary

Community Coffee is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to coordinate budget and strategic planning across multiple business units. You will partner with leaders to gather, analyze, and translate data into actionable recommendations that drive cost savings, revenue growth, and alignment with financial strategies.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, reporting to senior leadership, and supporting strategic initiatives with rigorous financial analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance is required.
• 4 years of experience in strategic analysis or a related role.
• CPA, CMA or similar certification preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SAP S/4HANA knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current and projected performance against targets, identify cost savings and opportunities for growth.
• Develop and apply financial models for planning, forecasting, and control.
• Prepare and present budgeting materials; consolidate data from multiple sources.
• Create and maintain management dashboards to track performance vs. budget and forecast.
• Lead annual budget preparation and communicate deadlines to stakeholders.
• Provide regular reports to senior leadership comparing actuals to budget and forecast.
