Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, management consulting, or related analytical field.
• Demonstrated experience leading budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and business performance management processes.
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills, with experience developing analytical frameworks for complex business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial performance management across multiple LOBs, including weekly, quarterly, and annual reporting and analysis; translate insights into actions.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across multiple functions; drive alignment on assumptions and scenario analyses.
• Develop financial models and analytical frameworks to evaluate pricing, investments, marketplace dynamics, and growth opportunities; communicate implications to senior stakeholders.
• Drive improvements in financial reporting, data infrastructure, and planning processes; build dashboards and automated reporting using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.
