AeroVironment is seeking a Sr. Finance Manager to provide strategic and operational financial leadership for program planning, forecasting, and controls in a complex manufacturing environment.

You will manage a team of Financial Analysts, drive budgets and schedules, ensure compliance with FAR and internal policies, and support audits and cost control across multiple contracts. A strong background in ASC-606 and ERP systems is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 12+ years’ experience in relevant disciplines plus minimum of 4 years in a leadership role.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a people leadership role.
• Experience in costing and pricing complex manufactured products and development contracts.
• Experience in Government Cost accounting principles and FAR.
• Experience in ASC-606 Revenue from Contracts with Customers.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Hyperion, Oracle EBS, ProPricer, MS Project.

Responsabilidades

• Provides monthly forecasting and variance reporting for senior management.
• Oversees day-to-day leadership to Financial Analysts.
• Ensures compliance with internal procedures and government procurement regulations.
• Supports internal and external audits and reviews EAC.
• Oversees program cost control activities and budgets.
• Supports indirect department budgeting and detailed variance analysis.
• Leads integrated master program schedules for contracts and captures.
