Job summary

Andromeda Robotics is seeking a highly analytical Finance Manager to lead daily financial operations and build forecasting models for Abi’s humanoid robotics business.

You will own financial data, drive budgeting, modernize the finance tech stack, automate operations, and provide monthly performance analysis. This role reports to the COO/CFO and coordinates with external accounting vendors in the US and Australia.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in FP&A or corporate finance in hardware/manufacturing, IoT or physical product with subscription
• Strong financial modeling for inventory, working capital, and blended hardware/software margins; proficiency in Google Sheets
• Deep understanding of cash flow, working capital, and cash-versus-accrual adjustments

Responsibilities

• Own the corporate financial model, updating forecasts for revenue, headcount, cash burn, and runway
• Lead annual and departmental budgeting with team leads to set, track, and adjust spending targets
• Build scenario tools to stress-test decisions, pricing, unit economics, and market expansions
• Model inventory and supply chain cash flows, track MOQs and BOM variances
• Translate data into dashboards that track business health
