Job summary

Andromeda Robotics in San Francisco seeks a highly analytical Finance Manager to own daily financial operations and build foundational forecasting models for our humanoid robotics business.

You will drive budgeting, modernize finance tech, automate ops, and provide analysis of monthly performance, coordinating with external accountants in the US and Australia.

The role reports to the COO/CFO and requires 4–6+ years in FP&A with hardware/IoT exposure, plus fluency with AI tools to speed workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A or corporate finance for hardware/manufacturing/IoT with subscription components.
• Strong financial modeling skills including inventory, working capital, and margins.
• Experience with AI tools and automation in finance workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the corporate financial model and forecasts for revenue, headcount, cash burn, and runway.
• Lead annual and departmental budgeting with team leads to set and track spending targets.
• Build scenario tools to stress-test pricing changes, unit economics, and market expansions.
• Translate variances and cash flow specifics into dashboards for business health.
