Job summary

Balchem is seeking a Finance Manager, Human Nutrition & Health, to partner with Business Unit Directors and drive strong financial performance. This hands‑on role blends tactical month‑end work with strategic commercial support in pricing, forecasts, and budgets.

The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in accounting principles, excellent communication, and the ability to influence across functions. This position reports to the Commercial Finance Director in Montvale, NJ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of financial analysis experience.
• Strong Excel skills and ERP experience; Power BI and D365 a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly with executives.
• Proven ability to influence and cross‑functional collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly month-end reporting and financial analysis for Business Units.
• Lead monthly forecast and annual budget processes for Business Units.
• Identify opportunities and implement recommendations to hit targets.
• Support strategic reviews and ongoing business planning.
• Translate finance data for CEO, CFO and the Board.
