Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division seeks a Commercial Finance Manager for the Assemblies & Residential Solutions Group. Based in a qualifying US facility, the role offers hybrid work with relocation assistance and a $146,000–$215,000 annual salary plus incentives.

The role partners with business development, sales, and product teams to drive profitable growth, cash flow, and finance excellence, including pricing strategy, ROI analysis, and data-driven forecasting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 10 years of finance experience.
Minimum 3 years of people-leadership experience in a matrixed environment.
Eaton will not sponsor immigration.
MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred.

Responsibilities

Own commercial finance for the ARS Group, delivering a single view of orders, revenue, price, mix, and profitability for $8+ billion in sales.
Establish the ARS commercial finance operating model with defined processes and KPIs.
Serve as the primary finance partner to ARS leadership on all commercial matters.
Lead revenue planning, forecasting, and analysis across short, mid, and long terms.
Drive SIOP finance input and translate outputs into the financial forecast.
Identify opportunities to improve profitability and manage risk across deals and contracts.
