Job summary

Eaton in Moon Township, PA is seeking a Commercial Finance Manager for the Assemblies & Residential Solutions Group. The role combines strategic finance leadership with business partnering across sales, pricing, and operations to drive profitable growth and cash flow.

Hybrid work (3 days in office, 2 days remote) with relocation assistance. Salary range $146,000–$215,000 plus variable incentives, based on skills and market factors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required.
• Minimum 10 years of finance experience.
• Minimum 3 years of people-leadership experience in a matrix environment.
• No immigration sponsorship; Eaton will not support CPT/OPT or similar programs.

Responsibilities

• Own ARS Group commercial finance, overseeing orders, revenue, price, mix, and profitability for $8+ billion in sales.
• Establish ARS finance operating model with defined processes, KPIs, and standard work.
• Partner with ARS leadership and VP Finance on commercial matters.
• Lead revenue planning, forecasting, and analysis across monthly, annual, and strategic horizons.
• Drive SIOP input and translate into financial forecast.
• Monitor projects, backlog, and analytics; support decision-making with data.
