Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Commercial Finance Manager for the Assemblies & Residential Solutions Group. The role can be based at Charlotte, Arden, or other Eaton facilities in the U.S. It offers a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote) with relocation assistance.

You will lead finance for ARS, drive forecasting, pricing, and profitability, and partner with sales, product, and engineering to guide strategic decisions. Requires 10+ years in finance and 3+ years of people leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 10 years of finance experience.
• Minimum 3 years of people leadership in a matrixed environment.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration filings.

Responsibilities

• Own commercial finance for the ARS Group across divisions; manage $8+ billion in sales.
• Establish ARS finance operating model with defined processes, tools, calendars, and KPIs.
• Serve as primary finance partner to ARS Group leadership and VP Finance - ARS.
• Lead revenue planning, forecasting, and analysis (monthly, annual, strategic).
• Lead pricing strategies, profitability and portfolio optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate on product-line profitability and new product introduction ROI.
• Assess deals and contracts for financial impact and negotiate terms.
• Identify and mitigate financial risk and ensure US GAAP compliance.
• Lead, develop, and coach a finance team and drive continuous improvement.
