The Opportunity

You'll be instrumental in building the financial intelligence infrastructure that scales Genista from industry innovator to category standard. You'll partner with Revenue Operations, Accounting, Marketing, and Business Development to optimize unit economics, evaluate strategic partnerships, and make Genista the platform investors trust for sustainable, profitable growth. Your focus is clear: build revenue models that inform pricing strategy, create board-level reporting that drives strategic decisions, and establish the financial frameworks that guide our path to profitability and IPO readiness.

What You'll Own + Support

Revenue Growth Modeling + Profitability Optimization

About You

4+ years in strategic finance, investment banking, or management consulting
Expert financial modeler who\'s built revenue forecasts, cohort analyses, and partnership ROI models that directly influenced strategic decisions.
Advanced SQL practitioner comfortable architecting data pipelines and turning complex queries into automated dashboards.
Fluent in SaaS metrics (CAC payback, NRR, Rule of 40) with proven ability to connect operational drivers to financial outcomes.

Bonus Points

Experience in biotech, life sciences, food & beverage, or regulated industries.
Track record evaluating JVs, strategic partnerships, or M&A opportunities.
Built board packages for venture-backed companies or PE portfolio companies.
Python/R skills for advanced analytics and automation.
