Job summary

Polaris Inc. is seeking a strategic finance professional to support growth initiatives through mergers and acquisitions and strategic investments.

You will develop financial models, perform due diligence, and assist with integration and reporting across corporate functions and investor relations. The role partners across finance, accounting, and external advisors, delivering analyses and presentations for senior leadership and the board.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, processes, and corporate finance principles.
• Ability to model financial data, analyze complex information, and translate findings into insights.
• Strong project management and stakeholder influence within a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Support acquisitions, divestitures, and other investments with financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation support.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, business functions, and external advisors on projections and transaction execution.
• Assist with financial integration of acquired companies, including reporting alignment and controls.
