You will serve as a key member of both the Strategy and Investor Relations teams, supporting Polaris' growth initiatives through business development, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic investment activities. In this role, you will partner across finance, accounting, business functions, and external advisors to deliver financial analysis, due diligence, valuation assessments, and integration support for strategic transactions. You will also support investor relations activities by developing financial models, analyzing market and shareholder data, and preparing earnings and investor communications. Success in this role requires strong financial acumen, analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly to stakeholders and senior leaders. The starting pay range for Minnesota is $80,000 to $111,000 per year. Individual salaries and positioning within the range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. While individual pay could fall anywhere in the range based on these factors, it is not common to start at the high end or top of the range.
