Job summary

Polaris Inc. is seeking a finance professional to support Strategy and Investor Relations through financial analysis, due diligence, and strategic transactions.

You will collaborate with finance, accounting, and external advisors to deliver modeling, valuations, and integration support for acquisitions and investments. You will also develop earnings materials, investor communications, and keep enterprise data reporting aligned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and corporate finance principles.
• Ability to model financial data and translate findings into insights.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel; not eligible for sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic business decisions including acquisitions and investments through financial analysis and valuation support.
• Collaborate with finance teams, accounting, and external advisors on projections and due diligence.
• Assist with financial integration of acquired companies and policy alignment.
• Maintain investor relations models, including earnings and shareholder data analysis.
• Develop presentations and earnings materials for strategic communications.
• Prepare earnings releases and SEC-related materials.
• Retrieve and maintain financial data across enterprise systems for consistent reporting.
