Job summary
Legacy Community Health is seeking a VP of Strategic Finance to lead treasury, capital planning, enterprise risk management, and financial planning and analysis in support of growth and sustainability. This executive will partner with the CEO and senior leaders to shape the long-term financial strategy and build a high-impact finance function within a nonprofit healthcare system.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 15+ years of progressive leadership across finance, treasury, risk management.
- Experience with capital markets, debt financing, treasury ops, and financial strategy.
- Leadership of enterprise-level financial initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead treasury and capital strategy.
- Establish enterprise risk management capabilities and governance structures.
- Oversee financial planning and analysis, capital allocation, and strategic transactions.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, affiliations, and strategic partnerships with financial modeling and due diligence.
- Deliver executive analytics and performance metrics to enable data-informed decisions.
