You will develop dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting while collaborating with operations, sales, engineering, and supply chain to drive profitability and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Progressive finance experience with increasing responsibility.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to influence operational leaders through financial insights.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead companywide budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Build and maintain financial models and scenario planning tools.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting.
• Analyze profitability, margin trends, and operational performance.
• Partner closely with operational leaders throughout the business.
• Support pricing strategy and profitability analysis.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on financial data.
• Drive accountability through meaningful reporting and insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies across finance and accounting.
• Improve reporting visibility and decision-making capabilities.
• Enhance financial systems utilization and reporting functionality.
• Create scalable processes to support continued growth.
• Support acquisition analysis and integration activities.
• Assist leadership with capital investment decisions.
• Participate in long-term strategic planning initiatives.
• Provide financial support for growth opportunities.
• Lead the accounting function through the Accounting Manager.
