Jobot is seeking an experienced VP of Finance to lead FP&A, planning and strategic finance at a boutique financial services firm based in Atlanta, GA. This high-visibility role partners with senior leadership and drives performance through rigorous analysis and forward-looking planning.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in finance, strong modeling, budgeting, forecasting and a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive finance experience with significant FP&A.
• Prior Director, VP or comparable senior-level finance experience preferred.
• Strong modeling, budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Excellent communication for senior executives and non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A including budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.
• Develop financial models to support strategic decisions.
• Analyze performance, trends and variances, provide recommendations.
• Prepare management reporting, dashboards and KPI analysis.
• Partner with senior leadership on annual planning and initiatives.
• Develop scenario analyses and evaluate growth opportunities.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability and cash flow.
