• Strong financial modeling and ability to synthesize complex data.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a strategic finance partner to senior leaders across multiple teams.
• Build and own driver-based financial models for growth and investments.
• Analyze performance by connecting P&L, claims, utilization, quality, and operations.
• Evaluate medical cost trends, risk, shared savings, and contract economics.
• Lead business-case development, ROI, and post-investment tracking.
• Support annual planning, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance and reduce avoidable utilization.
