Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA a plus.
• 7+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, or healthcare analytics.
• Strong modeling, forecasting, and executive communication.

Responsabilités

• Serve as strategic finance partner to senior leaders with fact-based perspectives.
• Build driver-based models for growth initiatives and strategic investments.
• Analyze performance across markets by linking P&L, claims, utilization, and data.
• Evaluate medical cost trends, risk adjustment, and value-based arrangements.
• Lead business-case development and post-investment tracking (ROI, cost-benefit).
• Support annual planning, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to identify opportunities.
• Translate analyses into concise executive-ready insights.
