Job summary

Park Community Credit Union in Louisville, KY seeks a strategic Chief Strategy & Capital Officer (CSCO) to architect the enterprise financial strategy, capital deployment, and long term growth. Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience in a bank or credit union.
• Experience as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with an MBA and/or certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership across Finance, Strategic Planning and Data & Analytics.
• Partner with CEO and Board to develop strategic plans and goals; drive process improvements.
• Direct analytics for financial planning and forecasting; manage budgets and variances.
• Supervise staff; set performance targets and development plans.
• Oversee liquidity and investment decisions; monitor regulatory requirements.
• Chair ALCO and coordinate with external consultants for required analyses.
• Chair CECL Committee and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and GAAP accounting records.
• Liaise with Internal Audit during financial statements audit.
• Present interest rate recommendations to the CEO.
• Update capital adequacy plans annually.
