Great Hearts Academies seeks a Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis to lead enterprise planning, forecasting, and finance business partnership across Home Office, Online, Arizona, and new regions.
You will convert data into actionable insight, build common planning standards, and guide senior finance professionals to drive liquidity and capital allocation decisions in a fast-paced, multi-state environment.
Competenze
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business required.
- MBA or CPA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience with leadership in budgeting and forecasting.
Mansioni
- Lead annual budget, multi-year plan, rolling forecast and scenario planning.
- Develop common calendars, templates, metrics and review routines.
- Produce consolidated management reporting, forecasts and variance analysis.
- Drive cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
- Lead and develop senior finance team across regions.
- Provide enterprise-standard support to regional leaders.
- Create financial models for growth, new schools/regions and online programs.
- Present results to CFO, senior leadership and boards.
