FACETS seeks a Senior Director of Finance to lead the nonprofit's financial health and strategic direction. This role guides budgeting, financial reporting, grants accounting, internal controls, and the annual audit, serving as principal advisor on financial strategy and sustainability.

The ideal candidate brings senior finance leadership in a similar-sized org, engages in detailed finances, and builds strong systems and a high-performing team in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• CPA or MBA preferred; senior nonprofit finance experience a plus.
• 7–10+ years nonprofit or comparable finance/accounting experience.

Aufgaben

• Serve as chief financial strategist to leadership and board.
• Lead annual operating budget process and cash flow forecasting.
• Oversee monthly close, GL reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Manage grants accounting and restricted fund tracking.
• Develop and strengthen internal controls and policies.
• Oversee audit, Form 990, and external reporting.
