Offchain is building the future of blockchain scalability and security, scaling a global ecosystem with a remote-first workforce and a NY office. We seek a VP of Finance to partner with the executive team, drive capital strategy, and institutionalize finance practices across a fast-growing technology company in the Web3 space.

You will lead treasury, financial planning, and governance while translating complex data into strategic insights for the board and investors, enabling sustainable growth

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership in high-growth technology environments.
• A track record of influencing company strategy, fundraising, and board-level decisions.
• Experience building, mentoring, and scaling finance and accounting teams.
• Mastery of complex financial modeling and synthesizing data into executive narratives.
• Ability to instill structure and discipline in a fast-paced scaling startup.
• Clear communication with the Board, investors, and regulators.
• Deep Web3 / crypto experience including treasury management.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial Leadership: Architect the long-term financial roadmap aligned with growth targets.
• Capital & Treasury Stewardship: Manage treasury and capital allocation in a digital-asset environment.
• Governance: Establish enterprise-level financial reporting standards and controls.
• Executive Partnership: Advise the executive team with data-driven insights and modeling.
• Organizational Scaling: Design scalable financial tech stack and real-time performance visibility.
• Cross-Functional Orchestration: Lead initiatives from M&A to complex tax structuring.
• Audit & Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with auditors, tax authorities, and partners.
