DoorDash, Inc. is seeking a strategic finance leader to guide our Ads & Promos strategy. You will own the full P&L, partner with cross‑functional teams, and ensure investments balance profitability with customer experience.

This role demands deep financial discipline and the ability to translate data into actionable plans. You’ll lead weekly reporting, forecasting, and quarterly planning, build compelling business cases, and work with senior leadership to drive high‑impact initiatives.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or Consulting.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Experience owning budgets and managing P&Ls across markets, verticals, and products.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with analytics tools and large datasets to derive actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Own the full P&L and balance profitability with the customer experience.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions and high-impact investments.
• Lead weekly financial reporting and forecasting, as well as quarterly planning.
• Identify and evaluate key risks and opportunities, build business cases and investment proposals, ensure effective execution of strategic initiatives.
