Job summary

USF Federal Credit Union is seeking a Director of Finance to shape financial strategy and act as a trusted partner across the organization. You will lead treasury, ALM, analytics, and digital finance initiatives while guiding a high-performing team.

The role requires deep finance expertise in a credit union context, strong business acumen, and the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights for executives and the Board.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or related field.
• MBA, CPA/CFA preferred or similar credentials.
• Significant progressive finance experience within the credit union industry.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, analytics and problem solving.
• Experience presenting to executives, ALCO, and boards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic advisor to executive leadership and business partners.
• Lead treasury, liquidity and capital management oversight.
• Provide ALM leadership: interest-rate and balance-sheet strategy.
• Advance data analytics, forecasting, dashboards, and performance measures.
• Develop and mentor Finance team and partner across the organization.
