Job summary

St. Thomas Aquinas College (STAC) invites applications for Treasurer & Vice President of Finance, serving as the College’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and strategic advisor to the President on the acquisition, use, and growth of campus resources.

The successful candidate will lead accounting, finance, investment management, purchasing, internal audit, insurance, risk management, and endowment management while aligning with the College’s student-centered mission and Dominican values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is required.
• Master’s degree and/or CPA is preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of sound financial leadership in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership and advisory support to the President and Cabinet.
• Oversee accounting, finance, investment management, purchasing, internal audit, insurance, risk management, and endowment management.
• Lead the development of financial systems, processes, and controls to ensure responsible stewardship of campus resources.
