Job summary

RealPage is seeking a Finance Senior Manager to partner with Payments Business Unit leadership in a private equity–backed SaaS environment serving the multi-family housing industry. The role drives ARR and EBITDA growth through disciplined planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis.

You will lead FP&A, modeling, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and Revenue Operations, owning long-range planning, KPIs, and value-creation initiatives in a fast-paced PE-backed setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive finance experience with FP&A and business partnership.
• 2+ years in SaaS or recurring-revenue models.
• Ability to influence senior executives and strategy.
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and unit economics.
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytics.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as finance partner to leadership, supporting strategy and investments.
• Translate value-creation strategies into actionable financial plans.
• Provide ROI analysis for growth, cost optimization, and product investments.
• Develop dashboards and reporting on KPIs aligned with PE objectives.
• Lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Own SaaS financial models: ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV.
• Support deal structuring and revenue recognition considerations.
