Qualifications

• Seven years of related experience, education/training, or a Bachelor's degree in related area plus three years of related experience/training.
• Thorough knowledge of finance policies, practices, and systems.
• Ability to independently gather information to organize and perform financial analysis.
• Proven ability to present information clearly in writing and verbally.
• Proven ability to use spreadsheets and databases for complex financial analysis and reports.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment.
• Advanced problem-solving and ability to work independently.
• Experience with UC policies, Financial Link, and wRVU models.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee financial and administrative analysis for the department’s portfolio.
• Oversee payroll reconciliation and incentive payments for clinical providers.
• Coordinate budget allocations and monthly financial reporting across enterprises.
• Provide training and direction to staff on financial processes and reports.
• Prepare complex financial analyses using OFC, Tableau, EPIC, Excel.
