Job summary

Legend Biotech is seeking a Senior Manager, Network Finance & Strategy in Bridgewater, NJ to lead financial planning and decision support across its global manufacturing and supply network. You will translate operational strategies into clear financial implications and guide leadership with scenario analyses and capital planning.

The role partners with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, MSAT, Engineering, Procurement, and Finance to drive long‑term margin expansion and network optimization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Advanced degree and/or professional accounting/finance qualification preferred.
• Significant progressive experience in FP&A, manufacturing finance, supply‑chain finance, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead consolidated budgeting, forecasting, long‑range planning and performance reporting for the manufacturing and supply network.
• Develop and evaluate business cases, capex investments, and capacity expansion projects.
• Drive gross‑margin analysis, COGM, and sensitivity analyses to inform leadership decisions.
• Partner with site finance and operations to identify cross‑site productivity opportunities.
• Provide strategic finance support for pipeline programs and future manufacturing decisions.
• Lead transformation initiatives: dashboards, automation, and scalable analytics.
