Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• Progressive FP&A, manufacturing finance, or supply-chain finance experience preferred.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling skills.
• Ability to translate operational data into actionable insights for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain models for capacity planning, network scenarios, and product costing.
• Own consolidated monthly and quarterly reporting across manufacturing and supply network.
• Analyze COGM, cost per batch, productivity, capacity, and gross-margin drivers.
• Partner with stakeholders to support investments, automation, and make-versus-buy decisions.
