Micron Technology, Inc. seeks a Financial Analysis Manager to lead budgeting, production expense analysis, and scalable finance processes for the New York Front-End site, with initial Boise onboarding before relocating to Clay, NY.

The role partners with global finance and site operations to drive cost insight and informed decision-making. Responsibilities include developing scalable finance procedures, longitudinal financial models, and mentoring the team while supporting capital investments

Qualifications

Experience developing financial models and analyzing data to inform decisions.
Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to finance and non-finance audiences.
Knowledge of GAAP and financial-control principles.

Responsibilities

Build scalable finance processes, models, controls, and reporting.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis for site and global scope.
Collaborate with finance teams to implement standard costing and manufacturing-finance processes.
Provide data-driven insights on manufacturing costs and financial performance.
Develop cash-flow analyses and long-range planning for site expansion and operations.
