Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Senior Strategic Financial Analyst in a hybrid setup across multiple offices. Candidates must reside within commuting distance to listed locations.

The role partners with Strategic Finance to build budgets, forecasts, and ROI analyses for new opportunities and contracts. You will support cost savings, governance, and provide financial guidance to drive a person-focused, economically sustainable health care system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, economics or statistics required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7-9 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CPA, CMA, MBA or ASA preferred.
• Health insurance industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers highly effective presentations to all levels of the organization and highlights key points for stakeholders.
• Develops complex financial models and analysis using advanced analytical techniques and financial systems; provides solid alternatives for complex issues.
• Plans, organizes, schedules, coordinates and monitors large work streams involving one functional area or multiple areas; guides analysts.
• Provides training or consulting to other departments, analysts and external stakeholders.
• Advises and influences the business on a wide variety of issues; mentors analysts and others.
