Job summary

Nourish is seeking highly strategic, motivated, and analytical Strategy & Operations Leads to join our growing team in a central role that spans from strategy through execution. You will drive high-priority projects and shape how we scale access to cardiometabolic care nationwide.

This is a full-time, hybrid role with NYC-based candidates and 3+ days/week in our Gramercy office, with some remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, strategy, and/or operations at high-growth companies.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with data modeling ability.
• Excellent communicator who translates insights into actionable recommendations.
• Self-starter with bias for action and comfort with ambiguity.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with multitasking ability.
• Passion for improving healthcare access and outcomes through innovation and scale.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement operating models and system improvements to drive growth and efficiency across functions.
• Lead high-impact strategic initiatives from problem framing to execution and measurement.
• Partner with teams across Nourish to align on goals and deliver on initiatives.
• Analyze key business metrics to uncover insights and drive recommendations.
