Zusammenfassung

Cordis, LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Finance to lead long-range financial models, strategic planning, and investment analysis. You will partner with senior leaders to evaluate initiatives, test business cases, and support capital allocation decisions.

You will prepare materials for the Executive Leadership Team and Board, drive cross-functional collaboration, and provide insights on inorganic growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree required with 12+ years of experience; or Master’s with 10+ years; or PhD with 8+ years.
Global financial services or investment banking experience preferred.
Ability to develop and pressure-test business cases and financial models.

Aufgaben

Lead long-term financial modeling and strategic planning with integrated forecasts, scenario and sensitivity analyses.
Develop driver-based financial models and perform NPV, IRR, ROI, valuation analyses to support initiatives.
Build and maintain enterprise and investment forecasts and explain changes in assumptions and outcomes.
Lead business-case development for high-priority strategic initiatives and provide recommendations on resource allocation.
Provide financial support for M&A and other inorganic growth opportunities, including due diligence.
