Job summary

Tribe AI is seeking a strategic finance leader to build the company's financial model, establish planning cadences, and serve as the analytical backbone for the organization. Reporting to the CEO, this role is hands-on from day one and sits at the intersection of finance and growth strategy.

You will partner with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Engineering to translate strategy into financial outcomes, evaluate investments, and drive quarterly OKRs.

Qualifications

• Strong financial foundation from banking, private equity, or growth-stage VC experience.
• Experience in biz ops or strategic finance at a high-growth startup (Series B+).
• You drive cadence and decisions around the financial model beyond basic FP&A.
• Hands-on and high-leverage approach; you work without headcount.
• Energized by ambiguity and solving complex puzzles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Engineering to connect Finance with the rest of the company.
• Translate business strategy into financial outcomes and tradeoffs; lead pricing, investment, and competitive analyses.
• Build and own the company financial forecast and KPIs to guide decisions.
