Nestlé USA is seeking a Finance Manager- Governance & Value Realization to lead governance frameworks that ensure investments deliver measurable results. You will partner with Commercial, Revenue Growth Management, and Finance teams to drive transparency, accountability, and performance governance across the organization.

The role combines financial stewardship with cross-functional leadership to monitor investment effectiveness, manage risk, and support executive decision-making.

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience in Finance, Commercial Finance, Revenue Growth Management, Strategy, Performance Management, or related fields.
• Experience managing commercial investments, financial controls, governance processes, or performance management programs.
• Strong track record translating business initiatives into measurable financial outcomes.
• Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

• Lead governance frameworks, policies, and operating processes that support business performance and accountability.
• Establish and manage KPI architectures, scorecards, and performance reporting connected to financial results.
• Ensure governance standards, controls, and compliance requirements are followed.
