Job summary

Sanofi Cambridge, MA seeks an Integration Finance Lead to drive financial excellence for External Manufacturing & Supply across CMOs. You will partner with stakeholders to optimize M&S, R&D-related decisions, and make vs. buy options, influencing strategic priorities.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, developing robust financial models and ensuring strong internal controls while collaborating across EM&S, finance, and procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/CPA desirable.
• 5+ years in finance or accounting with budgeting/forecasting focus.
• Cost accounting experience is a plus.
• Manufacturing or pharmaceutical experience preferred.
• ERP and financial planning software knowledge required; SAP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&S financial readiness for COGS and investments for CMO operations.
• Deliver accurate budget and forecast projections with high accuracy.
• Monitor contractual manufacturing commitments and risk mitigation.
• Develop robust financial models to influence decisions.
• Collaborate with EM&S, finance, supply chain and procurement.
• Coordinate month-end close focusing on variances and inventory.
