BD, a leading medical technology company in the United States, seeks a senior Finance-Technology leader in New Jersey to drive strategic initiatives with Finance, TDS, and external vendors. You will bridge business and tech, lead projects, and ensure solutions align with enterprise roadmaps.

The role requires 10+ years in a technology-enabled finance function, strong SAP/S4, BPC, Power BI expertise, and proven leadership in a global matrix organization.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related fields is strongly preferred.
• Master’s degree is highly desirable.
• 10+ years of business working experience in a technology function.
• Strong understanding of finance transformation principles, best practices, and industry trends.
• Proficiency towards use of finance transactional and reporting systems; Knowledge of SAP and data flow to Business Warehouse and other downstream reporting (SAP S4/ECC, BPC, Power BI, Databricks strongly preferred)
• Software Development Life Cycle: Proficient in software development, testing, and release cycle protocols.
• Leadership by example - inspiring, mentoring coaching, and encouraging others.
