Qualifications

• B.S. in analytical field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in financial planning, consulting, strategy, or corporate retail development.
• Highly analytical with ability to make clear, succinct recommendations.
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.
• Self-starter, works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Influencing skills and ability to operate in a decentralized organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing strategic vision and track progress with Development teams.
• Track and manage the international development pipeline; communicate with leadership.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for growth, reinvestment, and results.
• Evaluate unit performance; identify risks and opportunities with actionable Insights.
• Provide analysis and modeling to support growth strategies and market entries.
• Lead AIS strategy execution and drive system enhancements and adoption.
• Collaborate with Finance on equity investment assessment and site evaluation.
• Prepare presentations for ILT/ET meetings, Yum meetings, and committees.
