Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a high-impact Senior Manager to lead Digital Finance. You will head the digital P&L, partner with Digital, Marketing, and Business Analytics, and drive profitably growth across digital channels.

The role focuses on shaping promotional strategy for digital products (including Taco Bell Rewards) and designing tests to optimize kiosks, eCommerce, delivery, and digital menuboards. Strong finance background required; MBA a plus.

Qualifications

BA required; analytical or business degree preferred.
MBA a strong plus.
8+ years relevant work experience (Consulting, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, etc.)
Experience with large data sets and analytics tools (SQL, PowerBI) a plus
Strong coaching and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead digital finance—manage the digital P&L and proactively identify opportunities for topline and bottom line growth.
Coach team responsible for digital finance and build capability to drive data-driven decisions.
Lead financial and commercial thinking on the impact from digital products to restaurant business model.
Own key cross-functional relationships with digital, data, and marketing teams and drive commercial-minded perspective.
Develop presentations to distill analysis, make recommendations, and share executive-level updates.
Influence cross-functional partners, routinely at the Director through VP level.
Partner cross-functionally, developing tests to optimize digital programs and channels to balance sales and margins.
Develop long-range forecasting for digital impact to the restaurant P&L.
