Pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate degree in Finance, Economics, or related field with GPA ≥ 3.25.
No prior work experience required, internships in finance are a plus.
Strong Excel and data analysis abilities; proficient with PowerPoint and Word.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented with sound business judgment.

Responsibilities

Perform variance and trending analyses of financial metrics and present findings with recommendations.
Contribute to monthly financial analysis and internal leadership reporting.
Assist in building 5-year financial models (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).
Maintain profitability and pricing tools using data and models.
Support cash management and liquidity monitoring; assist in securing funding.
Prepare securitization funding pools and related rate swap modeling.
