You will supervise a 3–5 person staff, manage monthly close, GAAP reporting, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and internal controls while partnering with the CFO/Co-Owner to drive long-term growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
• Experience in small or mid-sized companies; financial leadership roles.
• Direct monthly close ownership and financial statements.
• Strong Excel and financial-analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly/year-end close and GAAP-compliant reporting.
• Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, and variances.
• Manage cash flow forecasting, banking relations, and debt covenants.
• Develop budgeting processes and financial models.
• Supervise accounting staff of 3–5; ensure internal controls.
